Each shipment includes a packing slip and a return label for eligible destinations. We offer free return postage exclusively for our EU customers, except for shipments to Great Britain, Norway, and Switzerland. For all other destinations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Steps for Returning Items
In your customer account, you have access to a self-service return option, allowing you to initiate and manage your returns. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@westmerge.com to start the return process.
